摘要
针对炼油厂循环水装置反冲洗水浊度和油含量较高的状况,开发出废水处理药剂及技术,实验结果表明:经过处理后废水的浊度由110.0 NTU降到5.0 NTU以下,油含量由18.54 mg/L降到5.0 mg/L,水质达到"再生水用作循环冷却水控制指标"的要求,同时与原系统水质相容性良好。废水经处理后回用,可减少装置废水排放量,提高水资源的重复利用率。
In this paper,a wastewater treatment reagent and technology were developed to resolve the problems which were the high turbidity and oil content of the backwash water of circulating water in the refinery factory.The results of the experiments showed that the turbidity of wastewater could be down to less 5.0 NTU from 110.0 NTU,and the oil content down to 5.0 mg/L from 18.54 mg/L.The quality of the treated water could meet the requirements of"control index of reclaimed water used for circulating cooling water". Besides this,the treated water had a good compatibility with the original circulating water system.The reuse of the treated water can not only reduce the wastewater emissions of refinery factory,but also improve the utilization efficiency of the water resource.
