摘要
党校图书馆完善的组织系统、丰富的文献信息资源以及为社会读者服务的能力充分说明了党校图书馆开展社会阅读的可行性。因此,党校图书馆必须及时调整自己的运行机制,改变过去那种传统的封闭型、内向型服务模式,在为党校教学和科研服务的同时,把服务对象逐步延伸到社会,使之向开发型、外向型发展,以适应时代要求,为构建社会主义和谐社会提供更好的文献信息服务。
On the necessary of the libraries of the Party Schools opening to outside readers,the paper analysis the organization systems,characteristics of information resources,the service abilities to outside readers and the supporting the public libraries abilities of the libraries of the Party Schools,and finds the libraries of the Party Schools have advantages in opening to outside readers.Finally this paper puts forward the basic path for the libraries in the Party Schools to open to outside readers.
