摘要
网络政治参与是新时期随着网络技术的普及应用而诞生的一种新型政治参与现象,虽然还处于起步发展阶段,但它已经开始对我国的现实政治生活产生重要影响。一方面,它越来越受到领导人和普通民众的关注和重视,实际政治参与功能日益增强;另一方面,它在实际运行过程中暴露出不少与社会主义民主政治建设要求相悖的问题,研究解决这些问题将有利于促进网络政治参与更加规范地发展和运用。
Internet political participation is a new phenomenon of political participation with the birth and widely applications of network technology.Although it is still at early developing stage,it already plays an important role in Chinese political realities.On the one hand,it is drawing concern and attention of leaders and the common public,its function of actual participation in politics is increasing;On the other hand,it uncovers a lot of problems which is not in conformity with the request of the building of socialist democratic politics.Studying and solving these problems will be conducive to promoting the standardized development and use of internet political participation.
