干气密封三种不同槽型线端面流场数值模拟 被引量:11

摘要 应用Gambit软件建立三维螺旋槽、圆弧槽、直线槽干气密封模型,运用Fluent软件对此三种不同槽型线干气密封内部微间隙三维流场进行数值模拟,得到流场的压力分布,速度分布.分别对每一种槽型线进行优化,将优化后的三种槽型的压力与泄漏量进行比较.结果表明:在干气密封动环或静环密封面上精加工的浅槽能够产生动压效应;螺旋槽产生的动压效应最强,其次是圆弧槽,直线槽最弱;螺旋槽的密封性能最好,圆弧槽次之,直线槽最差. The software Gambit was used to build models of dry gas sealing with three-dimensional spiral groove,arc groove,and straight-line groove.The software Fluent was used to simulate the three-dimensional flow field within the micro-clearance formed with the three profiles,so that the flow field pressure distribution and velocity distribution were obtained.At the same time,each of the profiles was optimized and the pressure in and leakage of the optimized three grooves were compared with each other.The results showed that the well-finished shallow groove on the surface of rotating dry gas seal ring or static seal ring could produce a dynamic pressure effect;the dynamic pressure in spiral groove produced the strongest effect,followed by the arc groove and then the straight-line groove,which was the weakest;the sealing performance of spiral groove was the best,arc groove was worse,and the straight line was the worst.
