非洛地平联合小剂量厄贝沙坦治疗老年性高血压对C反应蛋白的影响被引量：3

摘要目的探讨非洛地平缓释片联合小剂量厄贝沙坦在老年性高血压患者治疗中的抗炎作用。方法将60例伴有C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)升高的老年高血压患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组选用非洛地平缓释片5mg/d,联合厄贝沙坦75mg/d口服降压;对照组单用非洛地平缓释片5mg/d口服降压。检测两组治疗前及治疗8周后的血清CRP和血压变化。结果两组血压均下降,观察组降压效果优于对照组;治疗后两组CRP均有下降,而观察组CRP下降更明显。结论在非洛地平缓释片治疗老年性高血压病基础上,联用小剂量厄贝沙坦,有减轻血管炎性反应的作用。
