摘要
对某船液体温度调节器进行改造设计,在不改变原有的执行机构前提下,设计了基于单片机的双通道高可靠性温度调节器。实际使用表明,改造后的系统可靠性高,故障率低,检修方便,能够适应船舶恶劣环境。
The innovation design of the lubricating oil temperature controller of a ship was introduced. In which a reliable dual-channel lubricating oil temperature controller was designed based on single-chip microcomputer without changing the actuating mechanism in the system. Actual usage indicated that the new system has high reliability, low rate of failure and convenience for maintenance, which is able to adapt to harsh environment of ships.
