摘要 目的:研究综合干预对临床专业医学生沟通能力的影响,为高等医学院校建立沟通课程体系提供依据。方法:将徐州医学院临床专业按年级分层随机抽样得到的120名临床专业医学生分为干预组和对照组,对干预组进行为期3月的综合干预,并于干预前后采用沟通能力测量表、人际关系测量表、社交回避及苦恼量表进行测评。结果:干预后,干预组不论是与对照组比较,还是自身的前后对照,沟通能力量表及人际关系量表的得分均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:采用综合干预措施能显著提高临床专业医学生的沟通能力。 Objective: To provide evidence for constructing the system of communication courses in medical colleges via doing research in the sphere of the influence on clinical medical students' capability of communication,which is interfered by synthetic methods of intervention.Method: Multi-grade stratified random sampling was used to separate 120 clinical medical students from Xuzhou Medical College into testing group and control group.The testing group had been intervened with certain methods within 3 months and was afterwards evaluated with scales of intercourse avoidance and distress and capability of communication and interpersonal social relationship.Results: Via synthetic intervention,the marks of both scales of capability of communication and interpersonal relationship have statistical significance in the contrast of testing group with control group and the self-compare in the testing group(P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusion: Synthetic intervention is remarkably efficacious to enhance the students' communicative capability.
