摘要
目的探讨小儿上呼吸道感染致高热的护理。方法本文对178例患儿分别进行物理或(和)药物降温的护理。结果预防和治疗高热惊厥的护理,常规基础护理。结论提示对小儿上呼吸道感染致高热的护理非常重要,应引起医务工作者的高度重视。
Objective To approach the care of pediatric upper respiratory tract infection causing high fever.Methods 178 cases of children choose the appropriate cooling measures according to the pathogenetic condition,caity out physical or（and）drug cooling care,prevention and treatment of febrile seizures,combined with the conventional basic care.Results Comprehensive care to children can improve symptoms quickly.Temperature dropped can avoid the occurrence of convulsions.Conclusion The treatment of pediatric upper respiratory tract infection cansing high heat is proper,the pathogenetic condition will soon turn for the better.It is very important to nurse pediatric upper respiratory tract infection causing high fever,which should attach more attention to medical workers.
