摘要
在生产抗拉强度不小于1 800 MPa的φ4.40 mm制绳钢丝时,产品的力学性能合格率低。采用加大钢丝铅淬火前总压缩率的方法,用82Aφ11.0 mm盘条代替φ8.0 mm盘条,拉拔φ7.65 mm钢丝,钢丝铅淬火前拉拔总压缩率从8.56%增加到51.63%,热处理后的φ7.65 mm半成品钢丝抗拉强度由1 278 MPa提高到1 376 MPa,延伸率从6%提高到10%;成品抗拉强度从1 675 MPa提高到1 862 MPa,扭转次数从14次提高到22次,弯曲次数从8次提高到13次,成品合格率达到88%。
The mechanical properties pass rate of the products are low as to produce tensile strength no less than 1 800 MPa and diameter 4.40 mm steel wire for rope. The pass rate reach 88% by adopting adding total draught before patenting, 82A steel diameter 11.0 mm wire rod was drawn into diameter 7.65 mm, the total draught of steel wire before patenting increased from 8.56% to 51.63%, the tensile strength of diameter 7.65 mm semi-finished steel wire increased from 1 278 MPa to 1 376 MPa , the elongation increased from 6% to 10% after heat treatment; the tensile strength of finished steel wire increased from 1 675 MPa to 1 862 MPa, torsion numbers increased from 14 times to 22 times, bend numbers increased from 8 times to 13 times.
