摘要 目的介绍水滑石类层柱状材料作为新型药物载体在医药领域中的应用。方法通过查阅国内外相关文献,以其中的30篇文献为依据,阐明水滑石载药的机理和影响因素,对其在医药领域中的应用进行归纳、总结。结果和结论虽然水滑石类层柱状材料的应用迄今为止多数仍停留在初级研究阶段,但可以预见该类无机材料在医药领域中的应用会显现出更大的优势。 Objective To review the application of layered doubled hydroxide(LDH)in pharmaceutical field as a new drug carrier.Methods Based on relevant literatures,the mechanism and influencing factors of intercalation assembly with drug and LDH were introduced;furthermore,the use of LDH in medical field was inducted and summarized.Results and Conclusions Although the research on LDH is still in primary stage,its applications will show great potential in pharmaceutical field in the future.
