摘要
在数控领域,"四次位移曲线加减速控制算法"因符合机床特性,运行平滑,性能优异等特性而倍受推崇。文章针对经济性数控机床,通过对"四次位移曲线加减速控制算法"变速变加速的改进,进一步完善该算法,使经济性数控机床具有极高的性价比,同时满足其加工时高速高精度的要求。
The four power displacement curve acceleration and deceleration control algorithm is regarded highly because it meets the machine features,smoother running,excellent performance characteristics in the NC area.In this paper,by improving the variable speed and variable acceleration to the four displacement curve acceleration and deceleration control algorithm,the algorithm has been improved and the economy of CNC machine tools has a very high cost,and it meets their high-speed precision machining requirements.
