摘要
患者，女，53岁，因“右腰部隐痛不适3个月”就诊入院。入院体检未见明显阳性体征，彩超示：右肾上腺区可见一直径4．5cm囊性占位，内部回声不均，可见强回声伴声影。肾上腺增强CT：右肾上腺区一类圆形囊性包块，边界光整，囊壁见条索状高密度钙化，腔内部分CT值约103Hu，
