摘要
运用解析的方法推导了分数槽永磁同步电机气隙磁场的解析表达式,分析了空载气隙磁场的谐波次数与频率的分布特性,通过推导得出,在单元电机定子槽数为奇数及偶数时,谐波分布的次数不同。同时对一台盘式电机进行电磁噪声计算及抑制方法研究,分析了计算极弧因数、定子槽深与总气隙长度的比值等参数,对噪声抑制的作用。
The analytical expression of fractional slot permanent magnet machine air-gap magnetic field was derived depending on analytic methods.And non-load air gap magnetic field harmonic orders and its distribution features were also analyzed in this paper.It can be obtained that the orders of harmonic distribution are different when stator slot number of a unit machine is odd or even.Moreover,in this paper,electromagnetic noise assessment and its relevant suppression methods of a disc PM synchronous machine were also investigated.
