摘要
刀具半径补偿是根据工件轮廓和刀具中心偏移量自动计算出刀具中心轨迹。为了提高加工效率和避免过切,提出一种快速判断相邻两曲线转接类型的切矢量法,该方法不仅适用于直线和圆弧,而且适用于其他非圆二次曲线。并在VC++6.0中实现刀具半径补偿算法。
The tool center track is calculated automatically in accordance with the outline of the workpiece and tool center offset in tool radius compensation algorithm. In order to improve the processing efficiency and to avoid cut-off, a tangential vector method of quickly determining the transfer type of adjacent curves was presented. This method is applicable to straight line and arc, and other non-circular conic. The tool radius compensation algorithm was realized in VC ++ 6.0.
