摘要
目的通过观察压力性尿失禁(SUI)大鼠盆底支持组织Ⅰ和Ⅲ型胶原蛋白含量以及Ⅰ/Ⅲ比值的变化,探讨电针对压力性尿失禁大鼠盆底支持组织胶原蛋白影响,初步阐释针灸治疗压力性尿失禁的部分机制。方法将大鼠施阴道扩张和双侧卵巢切除为SUI动物模型,应用酶联免疫法,观察尿道下阴道壁、耻骨尿道韧带、耻骨尾骨肌和尿道周围结缔组织Ⅰ和Ⅲ型胶原蛋白含量以及Ⅰ/Ⅲ比值的变化。结果与结论电针可增加压力性尿失禁大鼠盆底支持组织Ⅰ和Ⅲ型胶原蛋白含量以及Ⅰ/Ⅲ比值;电针对压力性尿失禁具有良好调整作用,影响压力性尿失禁大鼠盆底支持组织Ⅰ和Ⅲ型胶原蛋白含量以及Ⅰ/Ⅲ比值。最终实现对压力性尿失禁的调整。
Objective To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture on collagen in the pelvic floor supporting tissue by examining changes in type 1 and 3 collagens and the ratio of type 1 to 3 in the pelvic floor supporting tissue of stress urinary incontinence (SUI) rats and to preliminarily explain part of the mechanism of acupuncture treatment for stress urinary incontinence. Methods A rat model of SUI was made by colpeurysis and bilateral ovariectomy. Changes in type 1 and 3 collagen contents and the ratio of type 1 to 3 in the suburethral vaginal wall,pubourethral ligament,pubococcygeus and periurethral connective tissue were examined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results and conclusion Electroacupuncture increased type 1 and 3 collagen contents and the ratio of type 1 to 3 in the pelvic floor supporting tissue of stress incontinence rats. Electroacupuncture has a good therapeutic effect on stress incontinence. It influences type 1 and 3 collagen contents and the ratio of type 1 to 3 in the pelvic floor supporting tissue of stress incontinence rats so as to treat stress urinary incontinence.
