铝对体外培养鸡脾淋巴细胞一氧化氮代谢和脂质过氧化的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Aluminum on Metabolism of Nitric Oxide and Lipid Peroxidation of Chicken Splenic Lymphocyte Cultured in vitro

摘要 本研究分别将0、0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8 mg/mL的AlCl3添加到培养液中,对鸡脾淋巴细胞原代培养24 h,通过检测淋巴细胞内一氧化氮(NO)含量、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,探究铝对鸡脾淋巴细胞毒性作用机理。结果表明,随着铝浓度的增加,NOS活性增强,NO和MDA含量增加,SOD和GSH-Px活性下降,与对照组相比,组间差异显著(P<0.05;P<0.01),说明铝可致雏鸡淋巴细胞抗氧化防御功能下降。 In this study,0,0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8 mg/mL aluminium trichloride were added to chicken splenic lymphocyte cultured in vitro for 24 h. The activities of NOS,GSH-Px,SOD and the contents of NO,MDA of splenic lymphocyte were detected to research eytotoxic effect mechanism of aluminium on lymphocyte of chickens. The results showed that levels of NOS,NO,MDA were higher and levels of GSH-Px,SOD were lower in treated groups than control group,the differences were significant(P〈0.05;P〈0.01). The results indicated that aluminium could decrease antioxidation function of chicken splenic lymphocyte cultured in vitro.
