摘要
骨髓干细胞的研究一直是生命科学的热点,而干细胞的提取是这些研究的基础,尤其是纯化、分离骨髓细胞得到单一特定的干细胞更为重要,因此寻找一种简单、易行的纯化方式是解决这些问题的有效途径。因为只有纯化提取所需的干细胞才能进一步研究其作用,然而如何选择合适的干细胞分离纯化技术是一个比较棘手的问题,本文旨在对常用的骨髓干细胞的纯化方法做一综述。
The research of bone marrow stem cells has always been the hot spot of life science.The provision of bone marrow stem cells is the basis of these studies,especially the purification and separation of stem cells.It is very important to get single specific stem cells which are required.It is an effective way that we are looking for a sinple and easy method of purification to solve these problems.In order to further study,we must get the stem cells through purification.It is a thorny problem to choose a reasonble method of separation and purification of stem cells.This article is the summary of the method of purification of bone marrow stem cells.
