摘要 目的研究人肾细胞癌组织中PTEN的表达及其生物学意义。方法应用组织芯片和免疫组织化学Envision法检测PTEN在109例肾癌及40例癌旁正常肾组织中的表达。结果PTEN在肾细胞癌组织中的表达率为34.9%,明显低于癌旁的正常肾组织,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。肾癌中PTEN阳性表达率与组织学分级呈正相关(P<0.05);PTEN表达水平在肾癌临床Robson分期及TNM分期中的各期之间表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论PTEN在肾癌组织中表达降低,可能与肾细胞癌的发生、发展密切相关。 Objective To explore the expression of PTEN in human renal cell carcinoma(RCC) and its clinical significance.Methods Four arrays of RCC tissues were prepared,including 109 cases of RCC lesions and 40 cases of nephridial tissues far from the lesions.Envision immunohistochemistry was used classification to test the expression of PTEN in arrays.Results The expression rate of PTEN in RCC was 34.9%(38/109),which was obviously lower than that in nephridial tissues far from the RCC lesions.The difference between these was of great significance(P0.01).There was a positive correlation between PTEN expressions in RCC and pathological grades of them through Spearman analysis.It′s not statistically significant for the difference between the positive expression of PTEN in RCC and tumorous clinical stage.Conclusions PTEN expression in renal cell carcinoma tissues is much lower than that in nephridial tissues far from lesions.PTEN maybe take part in the appearance and development of RCC.
