摘要
目的 观察Pixel^TM 2940 Er：YAG像束激光治疗痤疮瘢痕的疗效.方法 自2008年4月至2009年6月,采用Pixel^TM 2940Er：YAG像束激光治疗痤疮瘢痕患者50例,根据患者的皮肤类型、痤疮瘢痕的深度和密度选择适当的治疗参数.结果 治疗后随访所有患者12～18个月,I型痤疮瘢痕的20例患者均为显效;在Ⅱ型痤疮瘢痕的13例患者中,显效者10例,有效者3例;在Ⅲ型痤疮瘢痕的7例患者中,显效者5例,有效者2例;在Ⅳ型痤疮瘢痕的10例患者中,显效者8例,无效者2例.无一例患者出现色素沉着和继发性瘢痕等并发症.结论 用 Pixel^TM 2940 Er：YAG像束激光治疗痤疮瘢痕,创伤小,恢复时间短,疗效稳定.
Objective To observe the curative effect of acne scars treated with Pixel^TM 2940 Er：YAG fractional resurfaeing laser. Methods From April 2008 to June 2009, 50 patients with aene sears were treated by Pixel^TM 2940 Er： YAG fractional resurfaeing laser. Laser treatment parameters were selected on the basis of skin types, depth and density of aene scars. Results After 12 - 18 months following up, all cases achieved excellent results in 20 patients with aene scars of type I ; excellent results were received in 10 cases and effective in 3 cases of 13 patients with acne scars of type Ⅱ ; excellent results were received in 5 cases and effective in 2 cases of 7 patients with acne scars of type Ⅲ ; excellent results were received in 8 eases and ineffective in 2 cases of 10 patients with ache sears of type Ⅳ. There were no pigmentation and secondary scars in all patients. Conclusion The treatment of acne scars with pixelTM 2940 Er： YAG fractional resurfacing laser has such advantages as minimal invasion, short recovery time and steady curative effect.
