摘要
目的探讨止痒脱敏膜治疗婴儿急性湿疹的临床疗效。方法将入选的114例患者按就诊顺序随机分为两组,每组57例。治疗组:蓝科肤宁湿敷,20～30min/次,3次/d,对照组外用3%硼酸液湿敷,20～30min/次,3次/d,两组患者若伴干燥?鳞屑或结痂时,配合使用尿素软膏,疗程均为2周。结果治疗2周后治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为87.72%和52.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论蓝科肤宁治疗婴儿急性湿疹安全、疗效好。
Objective To evaludte the efficacy of Desensitiving Itch Relieving Film in treating acute infantile eczema. Methods A total of 114 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treating group was treated with Desensitiving Itch Relieving Film and the control group was treated with 3% liguor acidi borici. Results On week two,the effective rate of treating group was 87.72% ,while that of control group was 52.63%. There was significant difference about effective rate in two groups（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Desensitiving Itch Relieving Film in treating infantile eczema is effective and safe.
