摘要
高等农业院校应以党的十七届三中全会精神为指引,深刻认识自身在新农村建设中的地位与功能,努力完善服务于新农村建设的策略与方式,通过积极调整课程体系建设、利用大学生社会实践鼓励其到农村就业相结合、将支持基层扶贫开发与帮扶农民合作社相统一、发挥高校"高级参谋"作用、促进县域经济发展为依托等新途径,推动学校科学发展,为建设社会主义新农村贡献更多更大的力量。
The construction of the new socialist countryside is an important historic task in the process of China＇s modernization.Higher agricultural universities should deeply recognize their own position and function in the construction of new countryside under the direction of the Third Plenum of the 17th Communist Party of China Central Committee,and improve the strategies and ways of serving this construction.Such ways as offering the course ＂Chinese peasant＂,combining the undergraduate＇s social practices with the employment to the countryside,uniting the development of supporting the rural poor and the peasant cooperative organization,playing college＇s role as ＂advanced counselor＂,promoting the development of economics in counties should be taken.And,therefore,to promote the colleges＇ scientific development,and to play more important role in construction new socialist countryside.
