摘要
与世界其他国家一样,我国的器官移植事业同样面临供器官短缺这一严峻的挑战。来自死刑犯的器官捐献逐渐减少要求我们必须加快拓展其他来源的器官捐献。为此,卫生部及相关部门在加快脑死亡立法,规范活体器官捐献,以及推动心脏死亡器官捐献等方面做了一系列的工作。这些规范管理措施的实施必将有利于我国人体器官移植事业的健康和长远发展。本文主要分析我国人体器官捐献工作面临的问题以及探讨相应的应对措施。
Organ transplant is the treatment of choice for patients with various organ failures. However, organ transplant administrators and physicians are facing all kinds of challenges, particularly in organ donation. Since the organ donation from prisoners sentenced to death is diminishing, efforts need to be made to expand the donor pool from other sources. To this end, the Ministry of Health and related sections have done a lot of work to advance the legislative progress of brain death and regulated administration of organ donation from living donors and to establish guidelines for organ donation from cardiac death donors. These efforts will definitely be beneficial for the healthy development of organ transplantation in China in a long run. This article focused on the challenges we are facing and measures we have adopted or will adopt in organ donation.
