摘要
为探讨成熟度对初烤烟主要质量性状的影响,以烤烟品种云烟87为材料,在相同生产条件下,对不同成熟度初烤烟的外观质量、化学成分、评吸质量等主要质量性状进行了研究。结果显示:工艺成熟的烟叶外观质量最好,糖、总氮、烟碱等化学成分含量适宜,比值协调,评吸质量最佳,上等烟比例、均价和产值最高,而生理成熟、过熟和未熟烟叶,其主要质量性状依次降低。
In order to research the effect of maturity on flue-cured tobacco’s main quality characteristics, the papey used variety Yunyan 87 as the materials and studied cured tobacco leaves’ appearance quality, chemical components, smoking quality et al with different maturity. The results showed that： tobacco leaves with technical maturity had best cured appearance quality, appropriate total sugar, total nitrogen, nicotine content, coordinate components ratio, and best smoking quality, and higher high quality tobacco leaf ratio, average price, output value, and the main quality characteristics of maturity stage, over ripe stage and unripe tobacco leaves gradually reduced.
