摘要
探讨《医方一盘珠全集》重视脏腑辨证、顺应脏腑特性,祛邪重出路、扶正重脾肾,论病求纲领、审证求细处,立法依证因、选方求简验的学术思想与临证特色,以指导临床实践。
This paper studies the academic thoughts and characteristics of syndrome differentiation and treatment in Complete Works of Yifang Yipanzhu,such as emphasizing zang-fu differentiation,and choosing appropriate ways to eliminate pathogen,strengthening body resistance by invigorating spleen and kidney,seeking key pathogenesis and paying attention to details in syndrome differentiation,choosing therapeutic methods according to syndrome differentiation.
