摘要
目的观察中西药合鼻内镜术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法将62例患者随机分为治疗组30例,对照组32例,测定术前和术后3、6个月鼻黏膜纤毛运输速度(MTR)、鼻腔黏膜上皮化时间。结果临床疗效、MTR与分型密切相关,呈递减趋势。结论化湿通窍液鼻腔冲洗可促进鼻黏膜修复及纤毛功能的恢复,提高鼻内镜术后疗效。
Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese and western medicines combined with nasal endoscopic surgery on chronic sinusitis.Methods 62 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group（30 cases） and the control group（32 cases）,and the nasal mucociliary transport rate（MTR） and time of epithelization of nasal mucosa were detected before operation,3 and 6 months after operation.Results The curative effect and MTR were closely related to the clinical classification,and the above three presented a gradually decreasing trend.Conclusion Nasal douche with Huashi Tongqiao liquid can promote the recovery of mucosa and nasal ciliary function,and improve the curative effect of patients after nasal endo-scopic surgery.
