摘要
目的：探讨手外伤带蒂皮辩修复术后保证皮瓣良好血供的护理措施。方法：对我科2004年1月-2010年1月对112例手外带蒂皮辩修复术后患者采用多种护理措施。结果：112例患者皮瓣均存活，仅3例患者皮瓣部分坏死。结论：良好的护理对保证手外伤带蒂皮辩修复术后患者皮瓣的良好血供具有重要的作用。

Methods：In January, 2004 -2010 year in January gave extra the Tippy petal prosthesis after 112 examples the pa- tient uses many kinds of nursing measures to my branch. Conclusion：Good nursing after guaranteeing hand flesh wound belt Tippy petal prosthesis the patient Pi Ban good blood sacrificial vessel has the vital role.
