摘要
本论文综述了改良腰椎旁神经阻滞与硬膜外滞在治疗腰突症引起腰腿痛的治疗方法和治疗效果，通过比较发现改良椎旁阻滞法和硬膜外滞法治疗腰椎间盘突出症性腰腿痛均为有效方法，但改良椎旁阻滞法操作简便，且治疗期间出现的不良反应和并发症更少，值得推广。
The present paper summarized nearby the improvement lumbar vertebra the nerve to hinder with the hard membrane outside to stagnate in the treatment waist sickness causes pain in waist and lower extremities＇s method of treatment and the treatment result suddenly, zhui side hindered law and outside the hard membrane through the comparison discovery improvement stag- nates the law treatment waist intervertebral disc prominent sickness pain in waist and lower extremities is the efficacious device, but improved zhui side hinders the law operation to be simple, and treatment period appeared the untoward effect and the complication were less, are worth promoting.
