摘要
研究胆道感染时胆汁中细菌的变迁,探讨胆囊结石核心的形成与细菌感染的关系。方法:采用X、Y、L型培养液同步研究胆囊结石患者的胆汁、结石、粘膜细菌发生及变迁。结果:检测胆汁98例,结石98例,粘膜64例,细菌生长分别为88例(89.79%)、81例(82.65%)、54例(84.38%)。X型细菌生长分别为83例、78例、48例。生长L型细菌分别为23例、17例、16例。生长Y型细菌分别为5例、3例、6例。结论:胆道感染时胆汁、结石、粘膜中细菌发生变迁,以粘质沙雷氏菌、大肠杆菌为主。胆囊结石核心的形成与细菌感染有关。
To study bacterial in bile of binary infection and to detect relationship between gallstones nuclear form and bacterial infection. Methods: Bacterial growth and changes in bile, stones and mucosa had been synchronically studied in gallstones patients with aerobic, anaerobic and L-forms(X, Y, L) culturing system. Results: 98 patients' bile, 98 patients' stones and 64 patients' mucosa were tested, bacterial growth was found in 88 patients(89. 79% ), 81 patients(82. 65 % )and 54 patients(84. 38% )respectively. X types growth bacteria were found in 83, 78 and 48 patients respectively. Growth L-forms bacteria were found in 23, 17 and 16 patients respectively,and Y types bacteria growth in 5, 3 and 6 patients respectively. Conclusion: Bacteria in bile, stones and mucosa had changed in biliary infection, in which bacteria were composed of S. Liguefaoiens and E. Coli mainly. Gallstones nuclear form was related to bacterial infection.
