紫锥菊粉对大鼠的致畸作用试验 被引量:3

Study on the teratogenicity of Echinacea herb powder in SD rats

摘要 为保证紫锥菊的临床用药安全并评价其生殖毒性,进行了大鼠致畸试验。让性成熟SD大鼠雌雄合笼交配,将孕鼠随机分成紫锥菊粉高(1g/kg)、中(0.5g/kg)、低(0.05g/kg)3个剂量组,阴性对照组和阳性对照组,于孕期7~16d经口给予受试物,观察母鼠和胎鼠的生长发育情况。结果显示,受试物各剂量组的孕鼠增重、活胎的体重、身长和尾长均显著高于阳性对照组(P<0.01),而吸收胎数、死胎数、畸形率均显著低于阳性对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。受试物各剂量组与阴性对照组间的所有指标均无显著差异(P>0.05)。致畸试验结果表明,紫锥菊粉对大鼠无母体毒性、胚胎毒性和致畸作用。 To assess the safety of Echinacea herb on the reproduction and development of SD rats,a teratogenicity test of Echinacea herb was carried out in SD rats.The SD rats were divided into negative control,positive control and three experiment groups,and Echinacea herb powder was administered by gavage during gestation from day 7 to day 16 at doses of 1g/kg,0.5g/kg or 0.05g/kg to the SD rats in the 3 experiment groups,respectively.Body weight gain of the pregnant rats,and body weight,body length and tail length of live fetus and some other parameters of embryonic development were measured.In result,the weight gain of the pregnant rats,and the body weight,body length and tail length of the fetus were significantly higher than that in the positive control group(P〈0.01),but the absorbing fetus counts,dead fetus counts and teratosis rate of fetus were significantly lower than that in the positive control group(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05).The all above-mentioned indexes in the 3 experiment groups were not significantly different from that in the negative control group(P〉0.05).In conclusion,The Echinacea herb powder had no maternal,or embryo toxicity and no teratogenic effect to SD rats.
