摘要
激光共聚焦扫描显微镜(LEXT-Laser Next)解决了对显微组织"高分辨率、超大景深、超大视野"的观察难题,实现了显微组织信息获取方式由定性到定量的转变,并达到了在工程中快速、准确应用的水平。为焊接接头组织定量检测提供了一种有力的工具和分析手段。
Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope (LEXT-Laser Next) resolves the problem to observe the microstructure with high-resolution, hyperfoeal distance and Massive view, gets the quantitative information of mierostructure, and realizes the accurate and rapid test in the engineering. LEXT-Laser Next can become a powerful tool to analyze quantitatively the microstrueture of welded joint.
