以香港铁路有限公司在深圳投资建设的地铁4号线机电设备评标程序为例,详细介绍评标的流程。纵观港铁整个评标流程可以发现,港铁的评标程序比较系统、流畅,评标办法公平和择优,评标的结果也较满意。
The article describes the evaluation program for the mechanical and electrical equipment of Shenzhen metro Line 4 invested by Hong Kong MTR. Throughout the entire process of evaluation,we can find that Hong Kong’s evaluation procedures are more systematic,smooth,fair and merit-oriented,and that the evaluation results are more satisfactory.
