摘要
设计一种基于热电制冷器(TEC)的温度控制系统;介绍了实际的温度控制电路及测温电路,并优化了热电制冷器的驱动电路;运用PID增量型控制算法,实现了VO2薄膜的自动恒温;根据科恩-库恩(Cohn-Coon)公式,对温控系统建模,系统地分析了控制算法和工作电流对温控的影响;经反复测试表明,该系统能够快速,准确地实现恒温,且低成本、集成度高、稳定性好、可扩展性强,具有一定的应用价值。
A temperature controlling system based on TEC is designed. The circuits of controlling temperature and thermometry are introduced and the drive circuit of TEC is optimized. By the way of increment PID control, the system realized the goal of constant temperature by itself. On the basis of Cohn--Coon formula, modeling means of temperature controlling system is established and the influences of the arithmetic and current on the temperature controlling system are analyzed. Considering as the result of test, the system can work fast and accurately and has advantages of low cost, high integrity, rather stability and well expanded. It has the good practicability.
