摘要
信号资源的标准化是实现ATE软件平台通用性的前提;基于信号接口的GPATE设计方法将测试资源分成测量信号、激励信号和总线信号三类;与测量信号和激励信号不同,总线信号的协议具有多样性,因此为总线信号资源建立通用的模型就显得十分重要。文中针对GPATE总线信号的特点,建立了一种总线协议的标准化模型,将总线协议模型分为数据包模型和数据帧模型分别进行描述,该模型可以方便地实现总线发送数据的打包或解包操作;设计和开发了相应的协议配置工具,能方便、有效地实现基于各种总线的自动测试系统的协议配置;协议配置采用XML文件进行存储。
Standardized description of signal resources is a precondition of realizing the GPATE software platform. The design of GPATE based on signal interface separates test resources into three groups; test signal, stimulation signal and bus signal. Unlike test signal and stimulation signal, bus signal contains a variety of protocols that makes building a general model/or it crucial. In this article, a standardized model of bus protocol was developed according to the characteristics of bus signal. It was described in two categories, namely data pack model and data frame model. The bus protocol model can make it easy to pack or unpack the data. A configuration tool was created to configure the protocol of any kind of bus in a GPATE conveniently and effectively. The configurations of protocols were stored in XML files.
