摘要
荧光增白剂VBL已在造纸行业大量使用。该文结合荧光增白剂VBL国家标准的修订,并为满足生产厂和用户的检验需要,对纸张轧染测定荧光增白剂VBL增白强度的方法进行了实验研究。确定轧染测定荧光增白剂VBL增白强度的条件为:一浸一轧、轧液率(70±5)%、轧染液的质量浓度为0.3 g/L、室温下浸渍30 s,每次用荧光增白剂VBL标准样品和试验样品在室温下各轧染3张5 cm×10 cm定性快速滤纸,然后测其白度,计算增白强度。该测定方法简单、易行,便于各荧光增白剂VBL生产厂和用户有效地控制和检验产品质量。
Fluorescent brightening agent VBL(FBA VBL)has been extensively used in the papermaking industry.In this article a method for measuring brightening intensity of FBA VBL padded paper was studied according to the reversion of corresponding national standard,and also in order to met the requirement of manufacturer and user.The measuring procedure was determined as follows:3 pieces of 5 cm×10 cm qualitative filter paper of quick filtration speed were dipped in a padding liquor of 0.3 g/L for 30 s at room temperature followed by crushing to a mangle expression of(70±5)%,and then the brighteness of the filter papers were measured while the brightening intensity was calculated.The above measuring method is easy to handle and can be used to control/examine product quality by VBL manufacturer and user.
