摘要
本文以湖北省鄂州市低品位钙基膨润土为原料,针对原矿的矿物组成及特性,通过提纯、改性等工艺将蒙脱石含量由38%提高到83%,各项指标均满足机械铸造、铁矿球团以及化工用膨润土标准;副产品SiO2含量≥80%,满足建筑材料等方面的应用要求;基本实现无尾矿化综合利用。
A low grade Ca-bentonite from Ezhou is taken as the object of the study. According to the composition and characteristics of the mineral ore, through the purification, modification and other processes, the montmorillonite content were raised from 38% to 83%. Purified Na modification conform to the standard in machinery casting, metallurgical pellet and chemical industry. In the by- product, the SiO2 content was more than 80%, so it can be used in the field of building materials, basically realized comprehensive utilization of tailings.
