摘要 预测控制作为一种对模型精确度要求低、鲁棒性强并适用于计算机实现的控制算法,近年来在过程控制中得到广泛应用。针对火电厂再热汽温控制系统大惯性、大迟延和时变性的缺点,提出了DMC-PID控制策略,内外环分别采用PID控制器和DMC控制器。仿真研究表明,该策略综合利用了预测控制和串级控制的优点,控制效果优于常规的PID控制,能适应对象参数的变化并表现出良好的控制品质,具有较强的鲁棒性和自适应能力。 Predictive control is one of the robust control algorithms that suitable for computerized implementation, and requests lower accuracy of the model. It has been widely used in process control recently. In accordance with the characteristics of the reheated steam temperature control system in fossil-fired power plant, i. e. , large inertia, large time-delay and time varying, the DMC-PID control strategy is proposed, in which the inner controller is PID and the outer controller is DMC. The simulation research shows that this strategy combined the advantages of predictive control and cascade control, the control effects are better than those of conventional PID control ; it is suitable for objects with varying parameters and offers excellent control quality, higher robustness and adaptive capability.
