光果翠雀的止血镇痛作用 被引量:4

Experimental studies on haemostasis and analgesic effect of Delphinium grandiflorum L.var. leiocarpum

摘要 目的:研究光果翠雀的止血、镇痛作用。方法:采用兔耳动脉切割止血法及后肢肌肉切割止血法,以云南白药为阳性对照药,用光果翠雀根粉及其水提物、醇提物外敷出血部位进行止血作用研究;分别采用热板法和醋酸扭体法,以对乙酰氨基酚为阳性对照药研究光果翠雀水提物、醇提物的镇痛作用。结果:光果翠雀粉对兔耳动脉切割后及肌肉切割的止血作用优于云南白药(P<0.05),其水提物、醇提物也有一定的止血作用;水提物、醇提物能显著提高小鼠的热板痛阈,对醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应具有显著的抑制作用,其镇痛效果与对乙酰氨基酚相当。结论:光果翠雀具有良好的止血镇痛作用。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the haemostasis and analgesic effect of Delphinium grandiflorum L. var. leiocarpum (DGVL). METHODS The bleeding exerimental animal models were made by incisions of arteriae auricularis and hind limbs muscles in rabbits. And then spread the power of Delphinium grandiflorum L. var. leiocarpum, its extracts and Yunnanbaiyao respectively on the bleeding parts, to observe their haemostasis effects writh. Yunnanbaiyao was taken as the positive medicine in this test. In analgesic mice model, hot-plate procedure and acetic acid writhing method were used with paracetamol as positive medicine to study the analgesic effect of aqueous extract and alcohol extract from Delphinium grandiflorum L. var. leiocarpum. RESULTS The haemostasis effect of the power of Delphinium grandiflorum L. var. leiocarpum was better than that of Yunnanbaiyao(P〈0. 05). And its aqueous extract and alcohol extract have some haemostasis effect. Furthermore they can raise the pain threshold in mice remarkably. CONCLUSION Delphinium grandiflorum L. var. leiocarpum possesses strong haemostasis and analgesic effect.
