摘要
肌电图检查是临床上一种有价值的检测手段。它能客观反映肌肉本身的功能状态，是周围性面瘫疗效定量观察的最重要的客观依据和最好的定性、定量检查指标。它可作为临床体格检查的延伸，还可为临床研究探索治疗周围性面瘫的新方法和新药物提供科学的检测依据。探讨了肌电图检查在周围性面瘫的诊断及预后评价中的作用及其临床意义。
The clinical electromyography examination is a valuable method of detection. It can objectively reflect the functional state of muscle and is the most important objective accordings and standards of the aquality and quantity for the treatment of peripheral facial nerve paralysis. As an extension of the clinical examinations, it provides scientific testing. Methods for exploring new methods and drugs of treating peripheral facial paralysis I discuss the function and significantion of EMG in the diagnosis and prognosis of peripheral facial paralysis.
