青蒿琥酯诱导K562细胞凋亡及其血管内皮生长因子的变化 被引量:3

摘要 青蒿琥酯(arteounate ART)为青蒿素类抗疟疾药衍生物之一.与青蒿素相比其衍生物青蒿琥酯具有水溶性更好,抗疟疗效更强等特点.近年有文献报道[1-3],青蒿素类及其衍生物青蒿琥酯在体内体外都具有较强的抗肿瘤活性.血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)是人类主要的促血管生成因子之一.研究发现[4-6],它除了与实体瘤的发生发展和转移密切相关外,在各种血液肿瘤细胞内呈现高表达;并通过促进骨髓微血管的增生,在血液肿瘤细胞增殖和恶化方面起着重要作用.研究证实[7-8],青蒿琥酯ART抗肿瘤作用与其诱导细胞凋亡有关.近年来,ART诱导白血病细胞凋亡与其对血管内皮生长因子VEGF表达的关系的研究少有报道,为此我们对ART诱导K562细胞凋亡作用及其对VEGF表达的影响作一研究,以探讨ART抗白血病作用机制.
