基于热电偶的多点温度测量仪的设计

摘要 准确测量环境温度对保证各种电子仪表及设备正常运行极为重要。本文基于热电偶测温的原理,设计出了热电偶测温的主硬件电路、温度补偿电路、系统的通信及外部接口等,并结合温度计算的非线性给出了软件设计思想及流程图,设计出带有RS485通信的具有12个测量点的温度测量仪。 It is very important to measure ambient temperature accurately to make sure some electronic instruments and devices operate in a good status. Basing on the thermocouple temperature measuring principle, a main hardware circuit and temperature compensation circuit, and communication interface and peripheral interface of a 12-point temperature measuring instrument with RS485 communication interface are illustrated in this paper. And then, the software theory and program flow chart of this instrument are also indicated according to the non-linear property of thermocouple temperature measurement.
