摘要
现代社区规划的目的是要开发社区资源，而社区资源的有效开发利用，首先必须加强邻里社区群体之间的认同。因此，在小区规划和住宅设计中应通过领域空间、共融空间等的创造，组织起具有强烈认同性的邻里关系网络，实现有效的公众参与，达到开发社区资源的目的。
The intention of modern community planning is to exploit communal resources. For this reason, the identification among neighbourhood must be enhanced above all. Therefore, in schematic planning and housing design, we should create domainal and mingled space, so as to build up a neighbourhood network possess of strong identification, realize efficient public participation and achieve successfull exploitation of communal resources.
