摘要
镇江京杭运河特大桥是京沪高铁沿线最大跨度(90+180+90)m连续梁-拱组合桥,钢管拱的安装经不同安装方案对比分析采用100t汽车式起重机桥面开行、支架原位拼装的方案。介绍了该实施方案的计算分析、支架设计、不利工况验算、汽车式起重机选择,下部连续梁施工安全性验算,验证了方案的可行性及安全性,从而有效地保证施工安全和质量。
The super big bridge of Beijing-Hangzhou cannel in Zhenjiang is the largest span of(90 + 180 + 90)m continuous girder-arch combination bridge of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway.By comparing various installation schemes,the steel tube arch is installed by 100t truck crane running on bridge and assembling on-site with scaffolding.Furthermore,the calculation and analysis,scaffold design and unfavorable load calculation and selection of crane track are introduced,which can verify its feasibility and safety.As a result,it can ensure construction safety and quality.
