摘要
基于山西西龙池抽水蓄能站工程,根据高陡边坡的混凝土面板设计和工程特点,检查混凝土面板裂缝状况。从面板结构设计、原材料、配合比、环境地质和施工等方面,对混凝土面板裂缝成因进行分析。同时提出混凝土面板裂缝的防控措施,包括设计、施工和养护等环节进行严格控制。经过采用有效的措施,控制了面板裂缝的发展,保证了施工安全和质量。
Based on the engineering of Xilongchi pumping storage,cracks of concrete panel are checked according to concrete panel design and engineering characteristics of high and steep slope.The reasons of concrete panel cracks are analyzed from panel design,original material and mix proportion as well as environmental geology and construction.At the same time,prevention and control measures are put forward,including design,construction and maintenance.As a result,development of panel cracks is controlled,which can ensure construction safety and quality.
