摘要
目的:研究生津利咽含片对小鼠抗炎镇痛作用的影响。方法:小鼠背部皮下注射0.2ml2%琼脂、二甲苯棉球接触小鼠左耳、右足注射0.05ml 2.5%甲醛造成小鼠肉芽肿、耳肿胀、足肿胀及腹腔注射0.20ml 0.6%醋酸溶液造成小鼠扭体反应,观察生津利咽含片对小鼠抗炎镇痛作用的影响。结果:各实验高、中、低剂量组与蒸馏水对照组比较,有明显的统计学意义。结论:生津利咽含片能抑制炎症的渗出,对小鼠急性炎症反应所致痛感具有良好的镇痛作用。
Objective：To observe the Effect of Sheng Jin Li Yan tablets Used on the anti-Ear,0.05 ml 2.5% formaldehyde injection from fright foot and writhing response with the 0.20ml 0.6%inflammatory analgesic in mice.Methods：By creating the granuloma,ears swelling,foot swelling with the 0.2 ml 2% agar Injected from the back of mice,xylene contact with cotton balls to the mouse left acetic acid injection from mice intraperitoneal.we observed the Effect of Sheng Jin Li Yan tablets Used on the anti-inflammatory analgesic in mice.Results：The experimental high,medium and low-dose group and distilled water control group,there are obvious differences in statistical significance.Conclusion：Sheng Jin Li Yan tablets can inhibit inflammation effusion,acute pain caused by inflammation has a good analgesic effect in mice.
