摘要
检测了35例冠心病人apoE基因的HindⅢ的限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP),得到两种杂交片段,其一为3.9Kb(H等位基因),频率为85.7%,另一为2.9Kb(H_1等位基因),频率为14.3%。在35例中,HH频率为71.4%,HH_1频率为28.6%,未发现H_1H_1。apoE_2在HH组中频率升高,apoE_4在HH_1组中频率升高。
This artical reports a restriction fragment length polymorphism
(RFLP)of the apolipoproteinE(apoE)gene for 35 patients with coronary
heart disease.Two kinds of hybridization fragment were found.One is 3.9Kb
in length called H allele.The other is 2.9Kb called H_1 allele.Their frequencies
are 85.7% and 14.3% respectively.The HH homozygote frequency is 71.4%
and the HH_1 heterozygote frequency is 28.6% The frequencies of the apoE
phenotypes is that E_4 significantly increased and E_3 significantly decreased.
E_3 frequency has no significant change in both HH and HH_1 groups.E_2
frequency in HH group is higher and E_4 frequency in HH_1 group is higher.
The lipid level in both groups has no significant difference.
