摘要
采用实验性呼吸暂停的动物模型,以膈神经放电和其积分信号为中枢呼吸节律的指标,观察呼吸暂停时电刺激面神经核背内侧区对呼吸节律的影响。实验结果:当动物呼吸停止时,电刺激面神经核背内侧区可引起膈神经规律性吸气性放电,使呼吸暂停时间缩短,自主呼吸提前出现,与前对照和区域对照比较具有显著性差异。提示面神经核背内侧区在呼吸节律产生中具有吸气易化效应。
The inspiraion on-switch response resulting from electrical
stimulation of dorso-medial region of nucleus facialis(DMNF)were studi-
ed in anesthetized,vagotomized rabbits.The phrenic activies were recorded
as an indicator of activities of respiratory center.The results were as fol-
lows:1.Apnea can be readily elicited by injection of Na-citrate into the
carotid sinus region of rabbit.2.After apnea happening phrenic nerve activi-
ty reappeared by long train stimulation of the DMNF,sometimes,further
followed by spontaneous respiratory rhythm activity,After stimulating DMNF
the duration of apnea was obviously shorten as compared with the controls
(P<0.001).3.The phrenic nerve activity was elicited in the same way
when trains of stimulus pulse delivered in the DMNF at the various time of
apnea.As this stimulus was given progressively later in the apnea,the am-
plitude of integrated phrenic signal became progressively higher.The results
suggest that the DMNF might be important in the inspiratory on-switch of
the respiratory rhythm generation.
