论述了激励在企业管理中的重要性,对企业运用激励机制的现状进行了分析,探讨了运用物质激励、精神激励、正激励、负激励等的激励效果。
This paper discusses the importance of the motivation in enterprise management,analyzes the present situation of the application of motivation mechanism in enterprise,and probes into the effects of the application of physical motivation,spiritual motivation,positive motivation,and negative motivation,etc.
