摘要
通过对担保公司与银行合作流程、合作利弊的分析,探讨了担保公司与银行合作产生问题的原因,提出了改善担保公司与银行合作关系的对策。
Through the analysis on processes and advantages/disadvantages of the cooperation between guarantee company and bank,this paper probes into the reasons why some problems occur in the cooperation between guarantee company and bank,and puts forward some countermeasures for improving the cooperative relationship between guarantee company and bank.
