摘要 开发了一种新型工作原理的二甲醚(DME)共轨式电控喷油器,具有无柱塞偶件、无回油口2、4 V驱动、能实现预喷射的优点。建立了相应的电磁和液力动态仿真模型。通过仿真计算,研究了自由升程、有效升程及共轨压力对喷油器喷油规律和响应特性的影响,获得确定这些参数的原则。样机试验与仿真结果的对比表明:实际喷油器的开启响应时间为0.7ms,比仿真结果略长,实际关闭响应时间为0.7 ms,与仿真结果十分接近;仿真模型可以很好地预测油量特性的变化趋势,在大油量时仿真喷油量与实际喷油量差别较小。 A new type of electronic injector for the DME common rail injection system was developed. It was based on a new working principle and features no plunger assembly and spill port, ability of pre-injection and being driven by 24 V power. The corresponding electromagnetic and hydraulic dynamic simulation models were established and applied to study the effects of free lift, effective lift and common rail pressure on fuel injection rate and hydraulic response characteristics, and the design criteria of these parameters was obtained. According to the prototype injector experiment results, both opening and closing response times are 0. 7 ms. Comparison of the experiment and simulation data indicates for the former the simulation value is a little shorter and for the latter they are very close. The simulation model can well predict the changing trend of fuel delivery characteristics, the error between simulated and measured is quite small in large fuel delivery range.
