摘要
本文立足于现阶段上海转变经济发展方式的主要内涵和要求,构建了一套集既有指标和创新指标于一体的评价指标体系,在此基础上形成了发展转型指数,并运用该评价指标体系对2000～2008年间上海转变经济发展方式的成效进行了评估分析。
The article analyses the main implication and requirements of economic development models transformation of Shanghai in present stage.A set of evaluation indicators which combines established indicators and creative ones are founded,and then be transferred into development transformation index.Finally the article uses the indicators and index to analyze the effects of economic development models transformation of Shanghai during the years from 2000 to 2008.
